great location in the university quarter, unique art collection, beautiful French-style regency bed
Room size disappointing compared to photos!!! Tea and coffee in the room, not communicated at check-in!!! Cleanliness of the communal spaces could improve!!!

Staying in the Ruby Murray Suite, we were captivated by the unique decor and live jazz that set a festive tone for our visit. The freestanding bathtub and warm hospitality added to our unforgettable experience.

I appreciated the charming bar offering a cozy atmosphere for winding down after a day, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. I found the room a bit cramped and felt there could be more breakfast options. Parking was a challenge, especially with the limited space around the area.

the harrison chambers is such a unique place! the whole hotel is beautifully decorated n smells so good as soon as u walk in. the bar at the front is super cozy, like perfect for chillin after a day out. also, the location is gr8, close to the university and botanical gardens with yummy restaurants nearby.
the bed was kinda bouncy, woke me up when my partner moved, but honestly, not a big deal. breakfast was just continental, wanted a small cooked option.

Quirky and charming stay!
Had a fab time in this quirky hotel! The decor was super cool, with all the author nods. Staff were super friendly and gave us great local tips. The breakfast? Yummy! Only thing was the noise from other guests was kinda annoying, but overall a great vibe.

Unique decor everywhere. Loved the cozy bar and the character of the place. The bed felt a bit bouncy, though. Great location near the university. Bicycle rentals available for exploring nearby sites.

Charming decor and excellent breakfast
My solo stay in a Small Double Room was delightful! The hotel is filled with quirky decor that makes every corner a visual treat, and the porridge at breakfast was outstanding—perfectly sticky with a hint of salt. The location is convenient, just a pleasant 30-minute walk to the city center. the room could benefit from brighter lighting for reading.

The Harrison Chambers of Distinction amazed me with its eclectic decor. Every corner has its charm, super stylish and inviting. My small double room felt cozy, especially with the bay window view. The newly remodeled bathroom had a massive shower and great products. Angela, the staff member, was incredibly helpful during my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, just a few blocks from the university and botanical gardens. The bar's atmosphere was charming, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. One downside was that the lighting in the room could have been better for reading. it felt a bit dim. Would have preferred a small cooked option for breakfast as it was only continental. the stay was enjoyable with a few minor inconveniences that didn’t overshadow the experience.

Stayed in a Small Double Room and it was pretty cozy. Loved the vintage feel, especially the shower—super powerful! The decor was on point. No TV, but there were books and plenty of sockets, even an Ethernet port for working. The bathroom sink was stunning too. Just a heads up, there were a few stairs after the lift, so keep that in mind if you need something more accessible. a solid spot for a solo traveler or couple!
